We process only the data needed to assess your enquiry, respond to it and structure a potential technical collaboration.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Soul Project Unipessoal Lda. Privacy and data-protection questions may be sent to [email protected].
2. Data we may receive
Through the project form we may receive your name, email, optional telephone number, project type, needs description, additional information and any files you choose to attach. We do not request special categories of personal data.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use this data to receive, assess and answer your enquiry, prepare contacts or proposals and, where applicable, take pre-contractual steps requested by you. We do not use form data for marketing or make decisions based solely on automated processing.
4. Delivery and recipients
The form uses an email delivery provider, currently Resend, to deliver the message to Soul Project's internal mailbox. Data is accessible only to those who need it to handle the enquiry and to essential service providers subject to their security and privacy obligations. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and security
Messages and attachments are retained only for as long as needed to respond, assess or deliver the project and comply with applicable legal duties. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, although no Internet-connected service can guarantee zero risk.
6. Anonymous measurement
The server may keep aggregated daily page-view counts to assess site operation. These metrics do not store analytics cookies, IP addresses, user identifiers or browsing profiles.
7. External links
The site links to Discord. When you follow that link, data processing is also governed by that external service's policies and settings.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Exercise your rights through [email protected] or lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
9. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The version published here is the current version.
